Let's be real...who really has time to cook entire meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day? NOT ME. This is why just one hour of my time on Sundays is solely dedicated to meal prepping for the week, because ain't nobody got time to cook meals daily nor has the funds to be going out to eat everyday.
