Ingredients For Soup:
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 8 oz sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup heavy cream (for later)
- 8 oz dried cheese tortellini pasta (for later)
Ingredients For Walnut Pesto:
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:

Add chicken, mushrooms, broth, and seasonings to slow cooker

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4
